石化企業(ye)的(de)離心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)提高氣體壓力和輸(shu)送氣體,在離心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)的(de)各種故障中,由于(yu)振動引(yin)發的(de)故障常見。離心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)過程中的(de)振動具有隨機(ji)性,振動參數通常在平均值上下進行(xing)波動。

1 離心(xin)風機的振動原因

1.1 轉子不平衡

離心(xin)風機(ji)中重(zhong)要的部件是風機(ji)轉子(zi),在生產(chan)環節,往(wang)往(wang)會出現熱處理變形、材質不均勻、形狀(zhuang)加工與裝配誤差等情況,所以會在不同(tong)程(cheng)度出現偏心(xin)質量。在經過一(yi)段時間運行后,通常(chang)轉子(zi)的振幅都會從(cong)小變大,而(er)出現轉子(zi)不平(ping)衡,導致振幅發(fa)生變化(hua)的原因主要有3個。

1.2 喘振

2 離心風機振動的改進(jin)措施

離心風(feng)機(ji)出現振動(dong)會造成離心風(feng)機(ji)中鼓風(feng)機(ji)轉(zhuan)子、定子以及軸(zhou)承因振動(dong)所產生的交(jiao)變動(dong)應力(li)而出現損壞,嚴重時還會出現轉(zhuan)子和定子二者(zhe)相(xiang)互碰(peng)撞引(yin)發其他故障或事(shi)故產生。可以采取相(xiang)應的改進措施(shi)。

2.1 轉子(zi)不(bu)平(ping)衡的消(xiao)除方(fang)法

離(li)心(xin)風機轉子(zi)不平衡是導(dao)致離(li)心(xin)風機振動的主要原因,針(zhen)對振動原因采取(qu)了3項措施。

(1)應用動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡試驗機,通(tong)過(guo)多次試驗不同重(zhong)(zhong)量的方法測定離心(xin)風(feng)機在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)種情(qing)(qing)況下振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)幅(fu)度的情(qing)(qing)況,然后在(zai)(zai)范圍(wei)中逐步(bu)開展增加重(zhong)(zhong)或(huo)是減輕重(zhong)(zhong)量來觀察何種方法能(neng)夠將離心(xin)機偏心(xin)直徑控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)合理標準(zhun)之內,從而(er)在(zai)(zai)促使風(feng)機轉子平(ping)衡精度達到要求的前(qian)提下減輕其(qi)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)。

(3)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)風(feng)殼中(zhong)溫度超過了煙氣(qi)的話(hua)還會造(zao)成煙氣(qi)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)硫霧(wu)凝結(jie)情(qing)況,會導致(zhi)轉子葉輪因硫霧(wu)和灰粘在上面出(chu)現(xian)(xian)振動情(qing)況加劇。消(xiao)除改造(zao)措施是(shi)增加風(feng)殼中(zhong)高(gao)溫高(gao)壓蒸汽(qi)吹風(feng)管道,這樣能夠將進入風(feng)機(ji)(ji)中(zhong)的積(ji)塵及時(shi)清理掉;同時(shi)定期檢查離心風(feng)機(ji)(ji)風(feng)殼密封情(qing)況,一(yi)旦出(chu)現(xian)(xian)破損要及時(shi)更改。另外(wai)如果離心風(feng)險是(shi)處于室外(wai)環境,必(bi)須在風(feng)殼安裝保溫裝置(zhi)。

2.2 喘振的改(gai)造(zao)措施

離(li)心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)喘振(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)與機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組運(yun)(yun)行(xing)調(diao)節及管網(wang)狀態變(bian)化相關,和(he)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械部(bu)分無(wu)關。所以要(yao)改(gai)造其(qi)喘振(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)則應當要(yao)將(jiang)工(gong)作(zuo)放在(zai)(zai)系(xi)統操作(zuo)上。一(yi)般情(qing)況下(xia),離(li)心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)喘振(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)往(wang)往(wang)是在(zai)(zai)開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、倒機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)以及管網(wang)阻力波動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)。其(qi)中在(zai)(zai)開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)過程(cheng)中,由于工(gong)作(zuo)人員沒有(you)正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)操作(zuo),未能(neng)(neng)(neng)及時(shi)(shi)快(kuai)(kuai)速的開(kai)啟出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men),導(dao)致機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組在(zai)(zai)小(xiao)流量(liang)狀態下(xia)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)而(er)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)喘振(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)。所以遇(yu)到該種(zhong)情(qing)況需要(yao)立即予(yu)以糾正(zheng)(zheng),將(jiang)出(chu)口閥(fa)快(kuai)(kuai)速打開(kai),增(zeng)大流量(liang),讓機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)個正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)況曲線中運(yun)(yun)行(xing)便能(neng)(neng)(neng)將(jiang)其(qi)喘振(zhen)(zhen)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)消(xiao)除(chu)。而(er)在(zai)(zai)倒機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)過程(cheng)中出(chu)現(xian)(xian)喘振(zhen)(zhen),通常(chang)表(biao)現(xian)(xian)為雙(shuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)并(bing)聯管網(wang),在(zai)(zai)這個時(shi)(shi)候一(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),一(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)備停(ting)止(zhi),而(er)備機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)備打開(kai)情(qing)況下(xia)沒有(you)能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)協調(diao)操作(zuo),極(ji)易導(dao)致運(yun)(yun)行(xing)和(he)停(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)的兩機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)由于爭風(feng)而(er)在(zai)(zai)小(xiao)流量(liang)情(qing)況下(xia)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)喘振(zhen)(zhen)。此時(shi)(shi)可以快(kuai)(kuai)速關閉欲停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),并(bing)快(kuai)(kuai)速啟動(dong)(dong)備機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)讓其(qi)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),如若(ruo)無(wu)法帶上符(fu)合,便快(kuai)(kuai)速將(jiang)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)負荷(he)減小(xiao),等起帶上負荷(he)后再聯合兩機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)進行(xing)調(diao)整直至其(qi)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),便能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)消(xiao)除(chu)喘振(zhen)(zhen)

2.3 風機電機銅條振動消(xiao)除

針對離心(xin)風機電(dian)機銅(tong)條(tiao)斷裂所引(yin)起的振(zhen)動(dong)維修人員在離心(xin)風機日常巡(xun)檢中(zhong)要注意查看聯軸器螺栓有(you)沒有(you)出(chu)現(xian)損壞,如(ru)果(guo)其(qi)完(wan)好那么就不(bu)是它引(yin)起的電(dian)機銅(tong)條(tiao)斷裂振(zhen)動(dong)。在該種情(qing)況下應(ying)(ying)轉移到電(dian)機上,比如(ru)檢查其(qi)磁力線切(qie)割轉子銅(tong)條(tiao)、感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)動(dong)勢產生等(deng)情(qing)況是否完(wan)好,但如(ru)果(guo)發現(xian)電(dian)機中(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)諸如(ru)感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)動(dong)勢沒有(you)產生時(shi),要根(gen)據相(xiang)關要求進行(xing)替(ti)換(huan),從而消除(chu)振(zhen)動(dong)情(qing)況。
